Farewell From the Falcon
Dear Falcon Fans,
As most of you already know, Falcon Brewing Company closed its doors on September 13, 2011 (2 days shy of our 3rd anniversary). It was a very difficult decision, but one that had to be made as we are no longer able to financially and physically manage the business (the Air Force transfered us to Arkansas last year and Jason deploys to Afghanistan in November).
We appreciate all that our loyal employees and guests have done for us, and we will miss being a part of the Parker community! We wish you our best and hope that our paths will cross again (we still have family in CO, so you may just see us around town someday!).

Welcome to Falcon Brewing Company!
The story of Falcon is of a home-brewer's dream and hobby gone wild. We officially opened Parker's first brewpub in September 2008. It has been an adventurous journey as an active duty Air Force family and first time business owners. As a result of Jason's deployment to Afghanistan in 2009 and our transfer to Arkansas in 2010, our business has evolved from serving just our own beer to now including a variety of premium bottled & draft beers from other micro-breweries as well as domestic and international favorites.
Thanks to the expertise of a brewer friend, we can continue to brew beer on site. Recently, we started "Firkin Fridays" for our weekly special releases. We enjoy keeping to the small batch style, offering a variety of specialty brews found nowhere else.
Our amazing staff and loyal guests continue to support our vision of Falcon Brewing Company as the neighborhood place to be in Parker. As a local spot for entertainment, we host a variety of events throughout the month. So don't wait! Come in to see what's happening at Falcon...there is always something fun going on!
