Falcon Brewing Co's beginnings can best be described as "home-brewing gone wild!". After having many people say, "Wow! You could sell this beer!", we decided, "Why not?!". So, long story-short (as Jason would say), we officially opened Falcon Brewing Co on September 15, 2008. If you want the long story, then join us for a beer.
It has been an AWEsome adventure...some days it could be described as "shock and awe":-). We have learned a lot about running a restaurant/brewery as well as so many aspects of owning a small business. We enjoy the daily challenges, learn from our mistakes, and toast our successes. We are all proud of what we have accomplished and we are excited to see what the future holds in store for FBC!
We have met so many great people...from our business connections to our loyal customers...we wouldn't be here without you!! We would like to thank those who have stayed with us through our "growing pains" and to everyone that has stopped by to "try us out"! And to those who have yet to come in...why wait! We look forward to meeting you!
